And if you’re wondering
‘Why do I need to do that?’, here’s why
Instead of buying a new bike, you’re simply borrowing one of ours for a year. Therefore we need an agreement in place between us that spells out what each of us can and can't do. Rather like when you lease or hire a car.
Now here’s the beauty of Leasing
It gives you a flexibility that buying does not, as it allows you to spread your costs – rather than having to foot the bill of a brand new bike - and always have a bike that's the right size. Once your child outgrows their KBX bike, you can swap it for one that’s the perfect fit.
We’ve spent time thinking through the different scenarios
For instance - when your child outgrows their KBX bike mid-lease – if you have a fault with your bike - or if the bike is lost or stolen.
Do take a look at the Agreement
Yes, it’s a detailed document, and that’s a reflection of the care we’ve put into creating a solution that works for you and for us. Please take time to read it and feel free to ask any questions.
Getting off on the right foot
By making our terms of engagement crystal clear at the start, it means we’re better able to help you enjoy many years of happy and affordable family cycling. On the right-sized bikes!

The KBX Guide
We've also created this KBX Guide which tells you how we service your bike, how you look after your bike, and a summary of what to do if things go wrong. It forms part of our agreement with you and you will receive a printed copy when you collect your bike. You can take a first look at it
